This was our third stay at Golden Pond and were surprised to find it under new ownership. During our stay, our tow vehicle came down with a serious transmission problem on our last day. The problem was so bad we did not want to chance towing our RV up the Ozark Mountains. We asked the park owner if we could leave our RV overnight in order to get another tow vehicle. He agreed and allowed us to continue using shore power for our fridge. All of this a no additional cost. Accommodating owners with compassion for your problems. Recommend highly.
This is a great hidden gem of an RV Park. The owners are a precious family who strive to make sure everyone is welcome. They truly love people and it shows. The part itself is very clean and well kept. There's a nice above ground pool, fishing pond, activity center and bath house with very large shower stalls. It is a very short drive to Clinton, AR or Greers Ferry Lake. The Wifi works really well also. If you are looking for a nice clean friendly RV Park to get away from it all for a while, this is the place.
What a lovely spot! A truly lovely and comfortable RV park with the sweetest hosts! If you love natural beauty, good people and quiet family life, this is the place for you! We will come again!
A great place to camp. New owners have done an amazing job to clean and update this wonderful park. Swimming pool, hot tube, fishing pond which is stocked and very personalized service. They meet you outside the office to greet you and give that extra touch. Great park in the Ozark and will definitely go back. By far, one of the best parks we have been to. I give them 5 stars without doubt.
